POLYADD - ANTI-BLOCK MASTERBATCHES

POLYGRAM - Anti-Block masterbatches reduce the tackiness of films and sheets by creating a micro-rough surface, preventing the layers from adhering to one another, thus facilitating easier handling. Polymers such as LDPE, LLDPE, metallocene PE, BOPP film, and PET, are prone to sticking, particularly during rapid production or in hot conditions. The fine particles in the anti-block masterbatches serve as spacers, effectively separating the film layers and minimising contact.
