POLYGRAM - PPA (Polymer Processing Aid) masterbatches offer an exceptional solution. These high-performance fluoroelastomers are specifically designed for processing polyolefin polymers. By continuously coating the die with a lubricating fluoropolymer, they excel in processing polymers prone to melt fracture due to the high stresses at the die exit. PPAs are versatile and effective in all extrusion processes, including LLDPE blown film, HDPE pipes, PP sheets and foams and HDPE blow moulding. They are particularly advantageous when processing hexane, octane and metallocene-LLDPE which have a higher tendency to melt fracture.
