POLYGRAM - Desiccant masterbatches are designed to draw out moisture from plastics during melt processing. It contains a special additive that chemically binds with any moisture in the polymer melt, in a non-reversible reaction that is stable at all polymer processing temperatures. 1% of desiccant masterbatch is recommended for every 0.15% of moisture present in the polymer/compound.
